PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES:
Items will be ready to ship approx. 7-14 business days from the time your order is placed. Once shipped, items are estimated to arrive within 1-5 business days depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. All items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. We are only able to ship inside of the United States at this time.
All items will be covered by $100 of insurance when shipped. Items will be packaged carefully and with lots of protection, but sometimes breakage can occur. If you would like to add additional insurance to your order or if you have had a piece break, please email us at paintandbakeceramics@gmail.com. Please note, additional insurance will require additional payment.
All of our pieces are non-toxic and food safe. While items can be put in the dishwasher, they will live a longer life if you hand wash them. Not recommended for use in the microwave or oven. Pottery painting, glazing, and firing is an imperfect art. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from what you see on your piece. Because all pieces are hand painted, certain colors may show brush strokes. Each of these pieces are painted by hand and may slightly differ from the design you saw in the photo at the time you placed your order. Please understand that it is these slight differences and imperfections that make your piece unique. By placing an order with Paint and Bake Ceramics you are agreeing you are aware of this.
